Nowadays code and artificial intelligence are at the center of everything, but there are still too few
effective solutions combining code and AI. We believe that the power of artificial intelligence on
code and great developer experience can trigger an industrial revolution for the software
Ponicode was created to take an active part in that revolution. We are developing an AI that will
support all developers in their daily work. The goal is to help them produce great code faster, and
most importantly, to focus on what they love most: coding and innovation.
Our project is particularly challenging and requires talented, ambitious and humble people, able to
question themselves and bring new ideas to the table in order to distribute a unique technology.

• Experienced in selling to large enterprises
• Current or former Sales executive in a start-up / scale-up (SaaS, tech environment)
• Willing to revolutionize the way innovation is built
• Be responsible for building up your pipeline from lead qualification to deal closing
• Be accountable for quota attainment and forecast accuracy
• Identify opportunity to broaden Ponicode usage within your customers’ portfolio
• Participate in building sales best practices to scale and accelerate velocity
• Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (including C-Level)
• Consolidate and share customer/prospect feedback with our product team

• Track record of (over)achieving quota targets
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales to IT / engineering organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impactful presentation skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to and embrace fast-pace environment
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
